Why is it called Happy Ripples?

We believe one small change can lead to another. Replacing one bulky plastic bottle, disposable dryer sheet, or roll of paper towels may feel small, but thoughtful choices can create positive ripples throughout your home and beyond.

What is Happy Ripples' approach to sustainability?

We focus on practical products that fit naturally into everyday routines. This includes concentrated formats, reusable materials, lightweight products, and packaging designed to reduce unnecessary plastic wherever possible.

We know sustainability is an ongoing process, so we will continue looking for ways to improve as Happy Ripples grows.

Are all Happy Ripples products plastic-free?

Many Happy Ripples products and packages are designed without plastic or help replace commonly used disposable plastic products. Materials and packaging may vary by product, so please review the Sustainability section on the individual product page for the most accurate information.

Are all Happy Ripples products vegan?

Not every Happy Ripples product is vegan. For example, our Wool Dryer Balls are made from 100% New Zealand wool.

Do I need a subscription to order?

No. Happy Ripples products are currently available as one-time purchases, so you can order what you need whenever you need it without committing to a subscription.

Where does Happy Ripples ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard U.S. shipping is available when your order reaches the qualifying amount displayed on our website and at checkout.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold ship for a standard rate of $4.99.

When will my order arrive, and how can I track it?

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. After your order ships, most U.S. deliveries arrive within three to seven business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it is available. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and high-volume periods may occasionally affect delivery times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email hello@happyripples.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered fulfillment.

What is your return policy?

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund. Please email hello@happyripples.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Can I send Happy Ripples products as a gift?

Absolutely. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout.

How do Happy Ripples Laundry Detergent Sheets work?

Happy Ripples Laundry Detergent Sheets are concentrated, pre-measured sheets that replace traditional liquid or powder detergent.

Place the recommended amount directly inside the washing machine drum, add your clothes, and start your normal wash cycle. The sheet dissolves during the wash without measuring, pouring, or handling a bulky detergent bottle.

How many laundry sheets should I use?

Use half of one full sheet for a small or regular everyday load.

Use one full sheet for a large load, heavily soiled laundry, or when additional cleaning power is needed. You can adjust the amount based on the size of the load, water conditions, and how dirty the clothing is.

Do the laundry sheets work in HE machines and cold water?

Yes. Happy Ripples Laundry Detergent Sheets are designed for top-loading, front-loading, standard, and high-efficiency washing machines.

They can be used with hot or cold water and may also be dissolved in water for hand-washing.

What is the difference between Fresh Linen and Fragrance Free?

Fresh Linen leaves laundry with a soft, clean scent that is designed to feel fresh without being overpowering.

Fragrance Free contains no added fragrance and is intended for households that prefer laundry without a lingering scent. It is not the same as being completely free from every potential allergen or irritant.

Can I use the laundry sheets for sensitive skin or baby clothes?

Our Fragrance-Free option is made without added fragrance and may be preferable for customers who are sensitive to strong scents.

However, sensitivities and allergies vary from person to person. Please review the complete ingredient list before use. For babies, eczema-prone skin, allergies, or known sensitivities, consider testing the product on a small load first and consulting a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Where can I find the laundry-sheet ingredients?

The complete ingredient information is available in the Ingredients section of the Laundry Detergent Sheets product page and on the product packaging.

The formula includes cleaning surfactants, stain-fighting enzymes, water-softening ingredients, and polyvinyl alcohol, also known as PVA. Customers with ingredient allergies or sensitivities should review the list carefully before use.

How do I use and care for the Wool Dryer Balls?

Place all three dryer balls in the dryer with wet laundry and run your normal drying cycle. The balls help separate fabrics and improve airflow as they tumble.

After drying, remove them or leave them in the dryer for the next load. Keep them in a dry, ventilated place between uses. They are reusable and designed to last through hundreds of loads.

A few drops of essential oil may be added for scent, but allow the oil to absorb completely before placing the balls near fabric. Essential oils may stain some materials, so use them carefully.

How do I use, clean, and dispose of a Ripple Cloth?

Wet the Ripple Cloth before use, then wipe counters, absorb spills, wash dishes, or handle other everyday messes.

After use, rinse it thoroughly and hang or lay it flat to dry. It may also be washed as needed. Avoid using fabric softener, as it may reduce absorbency.

Ripple Cloths are made from cellulose and cotton and are designed to be compostable at the end of their useful life. Cut the cloth into smaller pieces and place it in an appropriate composting system, provided it has not been used with materials that should not be composted.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Select any credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or accelerated checkout option presented there.

Checkout is powered by Shopify and may show different options depending on your device, browser, and location.

When will I be charged?

Payment is due in full when your order is placed.

Your bank may initially show the transaction as pending before it is finalized. The timing of the final charge depends on your bank or payment provider.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your order and delivery address. Any tax due will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the designated discount or promotional-code field during checkout and select Apply.

Only discounts accepted by the checkout system can be used together. Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, offers may not be combined and cannot usually be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Why was my payment declined or charged more than once?

A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, an expired card, insufficient funds, or a security decision made by your bank.

An unsuccessful checkout attempt may also create a temporary pending authorization. These pending entries normally disappear automatically and are not completed charges.

Confirm your billing information, contact your bank when needed, and email us if you see more than one completed charge for the same Happy Ripples order.
